At Indlovukazi Travel & Tours, each journey is thoughtfully curated to move with intention—balancing raw experience, refined comfort, and absolute reliability. By confirming a booking with us, you enter into a partnership rooted in excellence and mutual respect for the southern African landscape.

Bookings & Financial Commitments

To ensure the exclusivity and availability of our curated experiences:
*Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date, guides, and logistics.
* Final Balance: The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the commencement of travel, unless a specific bespoke arrangement is stated in your itinerary.
* Confirmation: Bookings are only considered "secured" once the deposit has been cleared and a formal confirmation has been issued by our office.
* Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure bank transfer or our approved digital payment platforms (DPO).

Intentional Itineraries & Adjustments

Travel in Southern Africa is shaped by nature, weather, and the rhythmic movements of wildlife.
* Flexibility: We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to itineraries where local conditions (weather, safety, or park regulations) require it.
* Quality Guarantee: Any adjustment made will always aim to maintain or exceed the quality and integrity of the original experience.

Safety, Responsibility & Risk

Your safety is our priority, but adventure carries inherent elements of the unknown.
* Expert Guidance: All experiences are conducted by licensed professional guides and trusted luxury partners.

 Compliance:

Guests are required to follow all safety briefings and instructions provided by guides, especially during wildlife encounters or water-based activities.

 Liability:

Indlovukazi Travel & Tours acts as a curator and facilitator. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including third-party service disruptions, wildlife movements, or extreme weather events.

5. Travel Documentation & Insurance

To ensure a seamless journey, the guest is responsible for:
Passports & Visas: Ensuring all passports are valid for at least 6 months and obtaining necessary visas for Zambia (and Zimbabwe/Botswana if applicable).

 Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and emergency evacuation.

While Indlovukazi Travel & Tours operates across the Southern African region, these terms and any services provided are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Zambian legal system.
